Clients may choose from one of three monthly retainer plans for routine, day-to-day administration support, or choose from our specialty service packages, both options are priced for value rather than hours. By offering retainer plans and pre-paid pricing, we increase our customer’s confidence because they know exactly what they are getting in advance.

Our mission is to free solo and small practice business owners of their administration chains. Our clients typically do not have the time or space for full or part-time in-house staff, but still have the same critical need for a level of continuous administrative support, as their larger business counterparts.

Most importantly, Karen is driven by a passion for producing, processing, and providing administrative solutions behind the scenes, to both solo and small business owners, in a way that is simple, empowering and worry free. Educated in Business Administration Management, Business Development, and a recognized specialist in 2007/2010 Microsoft Office suite, Karen takes pride in the fact that former employers have suggested that she is afflicted with Oprah’s call “to live your best life”. Karen’s sole professional focus is to get her client’s brilliance out into the world, while freeing them of all administrative chains!

Marilyn specializes in event management and organization. From the initial proposal to project conclusion, clients worldwide know that their event will be managed with the same project management process Marilyn uses in every conference she takes on. Sometimes referred to as the “organizing guru extraordinaire” Marilyn can also wrestle a client’s office from chaos to clarity by creating administrative systems for their paperwork and data, especially the financial, which typically is the stopping point for many small business owners. Fluent in English, Spanish and a working knowledge of French, Marilyn is well-versed in differing cultural expectations and settings and offers the same C-Suite experience to each and every client.
